The luxury condo, which is slated to be completed in spring 2020, will include 165, studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences ranging in size from 400 to over 2,000 square feet. Asking prices for homes are expected to start at approximately $595,000.
Residences at 98 Front Street will feature 10-foot ceiling heights, 8-foot solid core doors, 5-inch-wide hand-selected white oak flooring and oversized insulated sound-attenuated windows by ALUMIL. Homes will also be fitted with Latch smart access keyless locks, Butterfly MX smart intercoms, high-speed wiring and a 24-7 doorman.
Residents of the new condo will be able to take advantage of wellness-centered amenities. 98 Front Street will feature indoor salt water pool, spa, steam room, indoor and outdoor fitness centers and a dramatic double height lobby with a sculptured reflecting pool. There will also be an expansive 7,000-square-foot rooftop complete with BBQs, three outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court and outdoor screening area; a resident’s lounge and coworking space. Bike storage, on-site parking and resident storage units will also be available for a fee.
Hopestreet opens a sales office at the building this spring, where interested buyers will be able to view floorplans and preview finishes. The environmentally friendly building anticipates LEED certification upon completion next year.
