Residences at 98 Front Street will feature 10-foot ceiling heights, 8-foot solid core doors, 5-inch-wide hand-selected white oak flooring and oversized insulated sound-attenuated windows by ALUMIL. Homes will also boast Latch smart access keyless locks, Butterfly MX smart intercoms, high-speed wiring and a 24-7 doorman.
Wellness-centered amenities at 98 Front Street include an indoor salt water pool, spa, steam room, indoor and outdoor fitness centers and a dramatic double height lobby with a sculptured reflecting pool. Residents will also enjoy access to an expansive 7,000-square-foot rooftop complete with BBQs, three outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court and outdoor screening area; a resident’s lounge and coworking space. Bike storage, on-site parking and resident storage units will also be available for a fee.
Hopestreet plans to open a sales office at the building this coming spring, which will provide interested buyers the opportunity to view floorplans and preview finishes. The environmentally friendly building anticipates LEED certification upon completion in spring 2020.
