DUMBO condo under starters orders
Hopestreet is gearing up to launch sales at 98 Front Street, DUMBO’s newest ground up condominium.
Designed by ODA New York, the 11-story luxury condominium will comprise 165, studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences.
Asking prices are expected to start at approximately $595,000.
Sha Dinour, partner of Hopestreet, said, “Our goal was to create a building that features an attractive unit mix and price points that appeal to first time buyers and the many creative professionals that want to live in DUMBO.”
Residences will feature 10 ft. ceiling heights, 8 ft. solid core doors, white oak flooring and insulated sound-attenuated windows by ALUMIL.
Technology will include Latch smart access keyless locks, Butterfly MX smart intercoms and, high-speed wiring n.
Amenities will feature an indoor a salt water pool, spa, steam room, indoor and outdoor fitness centers and double height lobby with reflecting pool.
There will also be 7,000 s/f rooftop with BBQs, outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court and outdoor screening area; a resident’s lounge and coworking space. Bike storage, on-site parking and resident storage units will also be available.
The environmentally friendly building anticipates LEED certification upon completion in spring 2020.
