Developer Hope Street Capital launched sales last week on this collection of chic homes in the intimate Brooklyn neighborhood, which is rich with hip eateries and historic hideaways. 98 Front stands 11 stories tall and features a striking modern facade that combines brutalist concrete with cubist form to create a series of stacked box shapes that each frame the view out of one of the homes. This minimalist aesthetic continues into the building’s interiors and amenities, which include a spa area with a saltwater pool and steam room, all designed by renowned architects at ODA.
