98 Front Street, a new concrete-sculpted luxury condominium designed by renowned architect ODA, announces a first-of-its-kind collaboration with award-winning interior designer Tara Benet and Eqpt Residences – a turnkey, end-to-end interior design solution. Specifically created to lure design-savvy buyers to one of New York City’s most sought-after new developments, the partnership introduces an unprecedented level of ease and convenience to one of the most daunting elements of buying a home – furnishing and styling it. Buyers are connected with a top designer and dedicated concierge team, who help bring residents’ dream homes to life by assisting with everything from design schemes to furniture install.
This announcement comes on the heels of the recent unveiling of 98 Front Street’s highly anticipated interiors and three newly completed model residences. Furnished and accessorized by Tara Benet, each home offers a fresh, unique aesthetic that highlight’s the building’s impeccable finishes and diverse array of floor plans.
Tara Benet will create a customized, “magazine-ready design with none of the hassle,” for each resident as part of Eqpt Residences’ Custom Design Experience.
Moreover, developer Hope Street Capital will give each buyer a substantial financial credit to purchase furniture selected by the interior designer. Tara Benet, who in addition to having her own successful firm also serves as Eqpt’s lead designer, will work with each buyer at 98 Front to create the perfectly-styled home.
Depending on the size of the residence, each buyer could receive a significant credit towards a comprehensive consultation, design fees, furniture purchase, and white-glove install.
First, the buyers are invited for a consultation with Eqpt Residences and Tara Benet to explain what aesthetic they are looking to achieve with their new home. Eqpt then creates a 3D, photo-realistic rendering of the home, offering an accurate, detailed representation of the fully furnished apartment. Once finalized, Eqpt’s dedicated concierge team will coordinate purchasing logistics on behalf of the resident, including scheduling deliveries, furniture assembly and even arranging cleaning services.
